Thank you for your interest and for posting this question. We did interview couple of Tamil theater practitioners but they are involved in English theater productions. Few Tamil theater groups exist in the country but they are largely based in the North-East and Up country areas. The focus of this research is Post War Political Theater in Colombo and the scope is further limited to ‘Public Political Stage Productions’ in Colombo. During my research I did not come across any Tamil political theater groups based in Colombo or any Public Tamil Political Stage Productions. Lets hope that we get to see more Tamil Theater productions in Colombo.
