Buddhism teaches to practice love and peace, not violence and
war. Truth and justice to fellow human beings emanate from love for
fellow humans.

Greed and selfishness destroys love for others and births unfairness and
injustice.

In 1972, unilateral, selfish and greedy effort of the Sinhalese,
produced the first, illegal, republican constitution; drafted to
implement a Sinhala Buddhist agenda.

It promoted greed and selfishness in Sinhala Buddhist homes, in police,
military, public service, class rooms, work places and every day
societal life.

The religious decay from 1972, has turned Buddhism in SL into a new
religion “Sinhala Buddhism”. Hatred, anger, corruption and murder
against Tamils were introduced into ” Sinhala Buddhist” life as a norm.

Justice based on truth was no longer possible for a Tamil in SL.

A Sinhala judge, sitting on a court case, studies and grants judgement
NOT as a neutral and impartial judge, but predominantly as a “Sinhala
Buddhist”, because the judge has grown and interacted with Sinhala
Buddhist ideology.

Judgements became mere “pronouncements” like the judgements of white
judges under Apartheid South Africa.

Therefore, citizens of SL, for the sake of justice, should ask the
UNHRC, to have an International Inquiry into the war crimes in SL
