Monday (November 16) marked the International Day of Tolerance.

This day is particularly relevant to Sri Lankans, as the Government announced legislation to curb hate speech recently.

With this in mind, Groundviews has spoken to several members of civil society to ask: What does hate speech mean to you, and more importantly, how can it be curbed?
