Teach them what is not OK, certainly, but also makes sure they know they can say NO LOUDLY and with CONFIDENCE. Also, teach them that if anything bad happens to them it is not their fault :'(

Always teach them normal and wrong touching. Teach them to always come to you – if they feel afraid or if something they don’t like happens to them. Open communication can save a lot of heartache.
