Pl read the article again.
Pl read it first with an open mind and then argue your case.
He has explained the complex matter in a way anybody can understand – the hallmark of a good teacher.

What about letting the NPC work as all other PCs(EPC eith great difficulty) do?

He has to understand that the resources we have in this country are very limited and all are struggling and fighting to get a bigger share of the pie! If we allow the northerners freedom to do what every they want in the country it is obvious that our Muslim Brother will want to do a similar structure in the east! How about our Burgher community? they too will want to have independence from the center to do what every they want! Then comes the Kandyan community will they too want to do develop their community? Last of all the Christians who have suffered immensely in this country may want a separate area to live peacefully to practice their own belief.
That’s not going to work! What I would recommend is for everyone to be Sri Lankan first and then look at developing the country as a whole allocating funds according to the population in the province. let them do what ever they want with the allocated funds. We should encourage common identity rather that distinctive identity!

But what seems to be missing in Sri Lanka is not good ideas, but the commitment to implement them.

Movement joint idea is really commendable.

Why don’t we have more structural engineers like him in the parliament instead of people who are not even fit to lift a brick for a building, leave alone for the society?
