If we did not use the right ingredient to the right curry , what would be the result ? therefore , we can chat about how to get cooked , still if we failed to add the right ingredient that would be problematic . Hence , always putting the blame on invaders (colonialists) is pitiful and outrageous also it has inevitably proven counter- productive .
So, I believe most of our problems are politically motivated ,but still most of them could have easily fixed if we had used the insight , so , the public is the idiots who elect the hypocritical politicians , therefore we cannot ignore the brainless behaviour that we have demonstrated in the past . So, The blame should be shared by every one including the singhala , Tamil and Muslim politicians .
Just imagine the fateful incidents that you have evaluated since the independence in Sri Lanka . If you very carefully scrutinised you would note almost every things were there the products of lunatic Sri Lankan politics.
In contrast , what is our role in future to deliver the right thing ,this is important to understand and discuss within the communities .
You may aware that Jvp is authentically expose the corruption of state , not only the present regime even the last regime as well ,but people understand the credibility of its exposure however what is the reaction of public . Even in the next term that people will unanimously vote for the same politician that they knew was corrupted . This is a common aspect .so, what is our strategy to drive right things on the better way ? Do you think we can expect betterment if we elected previous regime instead Rajapaksa ? What is the assurance ? And potentialities ? . Nonetheless ,, are the public ready for a real change as we discuss today . I think , until the people realise what is precisely the right to the people and consistently fight for it nothing would possible change .this is not the time for recriminations , . The pressing question is how the campaign should be conducted in the necessary time frame without handing it to the nationalists and religionists . Because there are all kind of vultures are hovering around to twist the real victory of our citizens . Which has been threatened in greater magnitude in the near past .
we have more than necessary evidence to prove it , .therefore , we must not forget how we were forced to live in a broken promises for decades by elected regimes , and left us in hopelessness and uncertainty Frankly. how we reassure the freedom and long walk to a land of opportunity to all Sri Lankan . Which has to come through the bottom of heart of all Sri Lankan with prudent action .

I like the below part of the of Mr Riza Yahiya Co-Existence,
“The civil society and the politicians have failed their responsibility to each other of protecting and sustaining to build this as a nation. It is time for us to come out of hiding behind race, religion and petty politics against a problem created by us due to self centred parochial thinking. It is time that we think as citizens than as members of a particular community or political grouping by taking responsible stewardship to give leadership to solve the problems of the people and emancipate them from their sufferings.”
