Giving cash to wouldbe complainants about missing relatives is corruption,and it is shocking that lawyers of the AG’s department appear to be taking part,as they are ‘assisting’ the commission.
This appears to be an attempt by the army to decrease the number of complaints regarding disappeared persons.
