Currently the law does not recognize underage boys being victims, nor does it recognize sexual abuse committed by women against underage girls and boys.

Absolutely. The majority of my women friends have been sexually abused as kids, usually by family members. As for boys it’s probably even worse. You are right, there’s a conspiracy of silence around this sick behavior.
