According to Nuremberg principles the army Commanders are fully culpable for higher orders is not acceptable. Perhaps after reporting the truth Parliament can pass a law giving a general amnesty to those involved. Of course it wont pass msuter with the UN but let us put our house in order. Perhaps we may be able to win the sympathy of the world community if we face the truth.

They were trained and armed by the Indian Intelligence Service (Third Eye). Third Eye trained and armed the Tamil terrorists back in the seventies in Palestinian Refugee Camps and in Tamil Nadu in India.
Ceylon (Sri Lanka) won the battle against the Indian terrorists but the war against the Indian hegemony will continue for a long time to come.
India has a lot to loose if they loose the war. Just imagine how much wealth the Indians have taken out of Ceylon since their arrival with Colonel James Stewart in 1796 to oust the Dutch Stadtholder.
If India looses the war in Ceylon they will loose a lot in other places like Fiji, Uganda. Kenya, South Africa, Malaysia and so on.
