These were updated periodically from the sixties and need ony efficient air conditionig and freezers for vaccines. In the sixties, most MOHs had kerosene operated fridges in their offices to store vaccines,supplied by UNICEF.Each required about a gallon of kerosene per month and were quite efficient, adequate,never broke down as there were no electrical/moving parts.These can be purchased for storage of most drugs.There are firms which deliberately manufacture bogus drugs and supply them to established drug suppliers.
Parasitilogists and entomologists of universities should help in identification of these “large” mosquitos.
