Brain & Charisma , Charisma & Brainless

Our view on leadership is very much relay on popular figure who will yell at the governing/opposition party, no matter it is right or wrong, short term vision, arrogant and fake charisma which dose not benefits by the public but him self.

Ranil Wickramsinghe did not have popular charisma to fake people. But did not have the good public speaking ability to convery his ideology and vision.

But leader is for the navigate of the ship. Other Party members should launch the ship on behalf the leader and go for the main objective to full fill the mission and vision.
Indian PM is not a Charismatic Personal, Neither Most leaders in the world. But they do have co-leaders to promote all the party objectives. It very evident that J.R. Jayawardane was spoke when it is necessary . But he had co-leaders like Ranasinghe Premadasa, Lalith Athulathmudali, Gamini Dissanayke, Mrs. B. had Clovin, N.M. Fliex so on.

Party is lacking of counter attack on Government speeches and propaganda. Their was absolutely no one to write speeches and do research on short coming of the Government policies. They are very much of depend on Paper articles instead of their own investigations to let it out.

But because of his master brain he was able to systemically destroy the LTTE by dividing the movement.
What his agenda was:

1. Bring new life to the youth. (During the ceasefire Jaffna peninsular had Musical shows, exhibitions, and youth uplifted started. This prevent of recruitment and moving out f their villages and change of the moods of War and Hate to forgotten and new life.

2. Opening the Roads to Jaffna means opening the road to all of us to mix and develop instant dialogue between the wooded people.

3. Business opening fades away hates and anger between the communities.

4. Mostly LTTE, LOST 20% OF THEIR FUNDS COMING FROM TAMIL IMMIGRANTS AND INVEST ON APRTMENTS AND REPARING AND CLEANING UP THEIR HOMES/PROPERTIES
5. Late Anton Balendran said once “Ranil is most dangerous man who knew exact mechanism to eliminate militants forever.

6. Missing on Ceasefire was:

â–º Lack of awareness on objectives on CFA to the public even after the signing
â–º Lack of awareness & Training on objectives and methodology on CFA in details to Forces:
â–º Lack of Awareness ,
â–º Lack of knowledge of Implementation
â–º Greater number of misinformation,
â–º Misunderstood among the general public
â–º Confusion and misunderstand by Civil Societies
â–º Lack of knowledge and guidance by and to GOSL Military Personals.
â–º Fear on Counter Attack
â–º Fear on future
a. Military confidentially
b. Recognition
c. Stability
d. Impact in all forms

where is the meritocrasy in the UNP

if a CEO makes losses for more than 5 years we will fire him.
if a surgeon kills all his former patients we will avoid him.
if a lawyer lost majority of his cases, we will not hire him………..

yet in UNP, we keep riding the same horse………….

when will see a change??

We were all outraged Benzir Bhutto was murdered but it was more outrageous when her son read out : ”my mother said that democracy is the best revenge”.
