He says that in the ideal situation, they ALL would have been put in detention. Is this the so-called ‘war on terror’ that Mahinda and Co. are boasting about? If you suspect someone to be a terrorist, do you let him run free to ‘where he came from’? NO. You arrest him. Why? Otherwise he is going to just come back with more cunning to attack you.
