Learned friends
the criminal law is simple
it evolved in 12th century England
when the king wanted
a legitimate weapon to control the nobles
later on it was used against the urbalized poor
both the law and its enforcement
favours the powerful and the rich
so when political oponents are harassed
using the criminal law
it is not malfunctioning
but functioning
as it was originally intended
so please dont take this criminal law (and the army law)
too seriously
the solution is always political
this is a game
keep playing
and forget justice
that is the white man’s deception
why must we be so serious
about being western
with these duplicitous and complex laws?
all it does is muddle our heads
